Stephanie Simms is a trauma-informed Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Gottman Therapist, and Consultant whose work lives at the intersection of high performance and psychological resilience. Her voice was shaped in environments where integrity, presence, and trust were not optional—and where the human element directly impacted mission success.
With over 20 years of active-duty service in the United States Air Force, Stephanie developed advanced leadership and communication skills under sustained, high-stakes conditions. She later carried that expertise into her role as a NASA government contractor, supporting operations where precision, alignment, and clarity were essential. Across both military and aerospace environments, she learned that behind every system and every outcome—people are part of the equation.
At the intersection of operational leadership and trauma-informed clinical expertise, Stephanie translates relational performance science into practical, real-world strategies for high-accountability environments. She addresses what pressure does to the mind, the body, and how it impacts the way people communicate and lead when it matters most.
Stephanie has spoken internationally at the Masters Events Trauma Conference in Oxford, England—the largest trauma and mental health conference in Europe—where she addressed thousands of trauma-informed professionals. She later returned as a consulting leader, helping design and the conference’s first international trauma-informed support team. Her work challenges leaders to strengthen alignment, restore clarity, and build trust while maintaining standards.
Today, Stephanie integrates research-informed presentations equipping organizations, leaders, and mission-driven teams with clear, actionable frameworks for psychological safety, stress regulation, leadership alignment, and resilient connection under pressure.
Whether working with leadership, teams, military communities or global audiences, Stephanie embodies a grounded presence, clarity, and depth of insight. Her style is disciplined yet deeply human, grounded in science but accessible—bridging science and lived experience—to help leaders elevate communication, strengthen trust, and build sustainable systems.
